Made it to the gym five mornings in a row: that helped.
Ate (pretty) healthy all week . . . that included two Tim Hortons cookies on Thursday (unusual, sure, but what was I thinking????). Still within calorie range every day. OK, you want the details? One ginger molasses, one oatmeal raisin. And delicious. Worth every calorie!!
Served with a whack o' docs late today which I will need to wrestle into submission right away . . . soonest.
However: sufficient unto the week is the evil thereof. The full moon is waning, there's still a serving of R2R soup left, and the weather is glorious. Even though I should work over the weekend, I'm going to kick back for two days. Whatever needs to be done will be done better when I'm refreshed and rejuvenated!! That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
