Wow! I'm amazed at how fast these challenges go each round! I can't wait to start BLC 23!
One thing I did right during BLC 22 -- Even though life got hectic at times I still managed to chat on the chat thread with all my team mates and let them know what was going on. I love technology these days. I didn't have internet in my new house for a week but yet could still use my smart phone to log on and talk with everyone.
Goal for between rounds -- Lose 2 pounds
Plan for reaching goal between rounds -- Tracking, 64 oz of water, cardio x 4 and ST x 3, FREGGIES
One thing I want to improve or change -- I want to get back into a routine after moving. I feel like I've been slacking and I need to get focused again. I feel like I've started over and over again a lot this year and its showing on the scale.
My Action Plan between rounds: I'm going to write a goal down each night on my white out board to accomplish for the next day (Ex: 30 minutes of strength training, 3 FREGGIES, etc)
