What I did to keep the Spark for one week:
Ignored the cookies in the break room
Have had 5 freggies so far--and it's not quite 2 PM!
Am sitting on exercise ball in place of desk chair
Writing this blog and challenging myself
Sat 8/24. Ate lots of fruit and veggies at potluck
Sun 8/25. Made a gratitude list
Mon 8/26. Lots of lifting, carrying, moving things at work - great free workout
Tue 8/27. Did 10 min stretch in bed before I got out of it
Wed 8/28. Doing good on freggies
Thu 8/29. Drank lots of water
