I've been walking "normally" since last Thursday. Slowly, but surely my injury is healing. I find that I do tend to walk better without the brace on my foot since it kind of impedes normal walking, but I prefer to do what the doctor says ;) I am still having a little difficulty going down the stairs, so I take them one at a time. I'm going to give myself another week of recovery before I start using my foot more, but because I'm feeling rather lazy and my weight is not going anywhere, I'm going to start doing some of my DVD workouts, starting Sunday, following a similar regimen as when I was doing C25K, to get back in the rhythm. Most likely I'll try Slim in 6 to see if I can handle that and perhaps some of the Chalean Extreme workouts to get some weights in.
