Weight watchers this morning...

Today was weight watchers meeting and weigh in. I did not do so well.

Gain of almost five pounds in a month.

The main culprits...lack of exercise, stress over the move, and not having money available for healthy meals.

Today's class and weekly will help me out over the next month though. As it was what to do when visiting a supermarket.

I tend to aviod the outer isles of the supermarket and instead go head for the ice cream and also for the prepackaged foods from weight watchers.

My brother and sister in law come tomorrow to take me to their home for three weeks and my brother has stated the following on facebook and my aunt agrees with him.

She is a member of both T.O.P.S. and weight watchers and then she has the nerve to say she agrees with my brother.

Here below is his posting on face book...

Lance, just so you know, there will be no weight watchers food brought in the house. You need to gain wait, so you will be eating Beef, Pork, Chicken, Pasta, and you will pick your own veggies from the garden then we will teach you to wash them, process and cook them. Better than any Cracker Barrel meal you will ever have. You will eat like a king I promise. You can have your Weight Watchers stuff in the camper.

    Ok I know what you get out of this message.It's do as I always say because your in my house.I thought this was not a great way to put it.I would eat the protein to build muscle as I think that's where you are lacking.That makes you look like your under weight.Still track your points to prove a point to T o P S and w8w miss know it all.My friends love to let me know I am not allowed dessert bc of w8w.What the hell do they know.Also you can show your tracker to the leader for back up if your brother/wife want to pick on you.

    OMG!! Garden veggies love it but sounds like you are a kid and he is telling you what you can and can not bring into the house. He needs to get over it and move on.

    just remember your portions on the beef-chicken-pork & pasta .... eat lots of those veggies ... and you will probably lose those 5 pounds you are worried about .... you can learn a lot by different ways to eat and cook them ... get recipes here on spark ... can't go wrong !

    I actually see nothing wrong with this Lance....Fresh produce...and home grown! So much better than the store...trust me. I think this is good for you Lance.....I do. You are 31 or 32 years old.....and in so many ways...never had the responsibility of actually taking care of yourself. I think it was a nice message....they are going to show you HOW to actually treat food that is NOT processed.
