After BLC22

BLC 22 is coming to an end but I am not done. I have decided to take a break next round and try to go this somewhat on my own. Luckily, I have a great DH that is also on a healthy journey and I still have wonderful friends on Sparkpeople.

I will continue to track my calories and fitness minutes here. I started a 5K running program over a week ago that lasts 5 weeks. I will complete that adding biking, Zumba and strength training mixed in. There is a nice gym nearby that has a month to month membership that I am hoping to join when the weather starts to get cold so I can continue running. Of course a treadmill is not as fun as being outside but something is better then nothing.

I have reevaluated my goal weight and have decided to try for another 10 pounds. That will put me midway in the healthy weight zone. I remember it being a comfortable weight that I am convinced I can reach and maintain.

I will see you all around Sparkpeople and will cheer you on as you continue your journey's. Good luck with BLC23!

    I'm going to miss you but you have a solid plan and I know the determination to conquer the next ten pounds! Can't wait to see THAT picture cuz you are already looking great!!!

    I've no doubt you'll reach that goal! You will still be on the Spies roster until R23 begins, we'll still be chatting and weighing in weekly, I'd love to have you join us.
