BLC 22 is coming to an end but I am not done. I have decided to take a break next round and try to go this somewhat on my own. Luckily, I have a great DH that is also on a healthy journey and I still have wonderful friends on Sparkpeople.
I will continue to track my calories and fitness minutes here. I started a 5K running program over a week ago that lasts 5 weeks. I will complete that adding biking, Zumba and strength training mixed in. There is a nice gym nearby that has a month to month membership that I am hoping to join when the weather starts to get cold so I can continue running. Of course a treadmill is not as fun as being outside but something is better then nothing.
I have reevaluated my goal weight and have decided to try for another 10 pounds. That will put me midway in the healthy weight zone. I remember it being a comfortable weight that I am convinced I can reach and maintain.
