So close!!

Today I managed to pull out a big number, 2.8 pounds lost this week putting me a 221.2. My second small goal in this journey is 220 and I was hoping to reach it before the end of August and it very well seems that I might even surpass it! So exciting! I wasn't expecting a result like that but I'll happily take it with no complaints. I just have to keep reminding myself, I only have 1.2 pounds to lose. That's all I have left to obtain my second goal! I've been itching to check off that second goal in my phone for the last month and soon I'll be able to do just that. It will be a great sense of accomplishment. 2 out of 9 goals will soon be met, I just can't say it enough. I'm so happy that I chose to do this a second time and that my body( for now) isn't fighting me on it. Maybe I should start thinking of a reward system, but I don't know what I want. I've never been a materialistic person so those things would only make me happy for a small period of time. Hmmm this will be something to contemplate.

    That's awesome! Setting goals and meeting them is a big deal and definitely very motivating. Something that I do for rewards is makeup. Every week if I stayed on track I get to pick out one new lipstick, eyeshadow, etc. It's small, inexpensive, and fun to pick out something new to try. If you don't wear much makeup, maybe a new song for each pound lost for your workout playlist.

  A Fitbit may very well be a helpful tool. I know many people use them and love them. But consider this: You are already seeing results without one, so it is not necessary for your progress. If you want to go ahead and get one, enjoy it for what it is, but always remember that the power is inside of YOU!

By the way, I love the background of your Spark Page. It's beautiful!

    GREAT JOB!!! (: reward your self with something that is a temporary happy then. Something you don't normally spend money on. Like getting a pedicure or manicure or an new cute shirt is always fun too!! I also wanted to let you know that the FIT BIT is on QVC easy pay for like 38 each month (: I am going to get one this week I CAN'T wait I love challenges I will now be competitive with myself (:

    Good for you!! That is a great accomplishment.

I understand how you feel about seeing material goals. I put some on my page and I couldn't even think of anything I really want except a Fitbit LOL.

I know that you will reach that goal before the end of August!!
