This month has not really been the stellar success I had hoped for at the beginning. I just sort of gave up.

But, I'm hoping to get passed this stage and keep going. I have been tracking this week and I have been focusing on freggies. Yesterday I was in carb and calorie range as well as Tuesday. Wednesday was over but I had good levels on other nutrition points. I have my 6 month followup with my endo this morning and hopefully I will weigh less than the last time I saw him. I'm not sure as I briefly stepped on the scale and saw it was up from my last weighin. I'm fairly sure when I saw him last I was on the high end still after the holidays but I won't be at 240 like I was a few weeks ago. I don't know why I just didn't stay on track once I hit that low and get firmly passed it.

Oh well, can't do anything about it now.

    Tracking, planning, 4-5x week exercise... it is totally a mindset. Have you checked out the Spark Coach? They give a free trial and then it is like $8 a month... it is so worth it!!!

    Good luck with your doctor visit. Keep up the good things and it will eventually pay off. I'm having problems too - up and down and all around but where I want to be. Hang in there! emoticon
