Yesterday was a good day. I needed it.
Worked from home. Finished my document and sent out for review. Goodbye!
On to the next one.
Had a great workout. Getting lots of steps and generating lots of sweat.
Met a friend for lunch.
Made a nice dinner and enjoyed it. No phone calls from down the street (Mom).
It was also a High Carb day so that always help.
Slept like a rock.
