New routine

My new goals are:

Do some kind of aerobic exercise : 4x / week
Do toning exercises : 4x / week
Do yoga : 4x / week
Follow Eat to Live diet : 7x / week
Do daily self-care : 7x / week
Try a new recipe : 1x / week

Despite the chaos of moving, I am going to try to adhere to a diet and exercise routine. We'll see how it goes. I'm getting over a sprained ankle so I will start walking on the treadmill around Monday. But I can start everything else in the morning.
