Day 21 of Arms Challenge

So on Day 21 I did 105 pushups, 70 tricep dips and 140 seconds of jab-cross-hook-uppercut mayhem. I didn't actually hit any thing but it is amazing how it works out you arms just throwing the punches. As you can see, I really needed this month of concentration on my arms. It has been pretty tough, at least after about day 15. It is taking me longer and longer to work y way through the entire sets. I am doing other work in between the sets so that I am getting a well rounded workout while still hitting those arms. Here is my Day 21 workout
