Well i brought up doing this diet plan to my bf and i said dont worry i will do all the cooking. What was i thinking? everyday i make him lunch and snack and dinner for everyone. then i have to think about what i am eating for breakfast lunch and dinner. my kid is doing the plan too but she is now a vegetarian. so now if i make dinner that has meat in it i have to also make something for her. so i try to make mostly vegetarian dinners and put meat in his lunch and snack.
I have to keep meat in there or he will complain. I would be fine without it. I feel like all i am doing is cooking and preping. i don't have time or energy to do my workouts. I am trying my hardest to walk during the daytime. the kids are at school i am tired and want to sleep but instead i force myself out in the heat and humid air and walk till i cant stand it any more.
May God be with me and keep me strong so i can help those that need it more then i but also help myself.
