My new goal is to lose 24 pounds by New Year's Day. This might seem like a odd number but if I reach my goal I will be in onederland and I haven't been there in a long time.
I have been a bit stuck in the last few months. I keep gaining a few pounds then losing a few but not really making any progress. I'm tired of taking one step forward and three steps back.
I hope by setting this goal that I will continued to be motivated. I have done really well these past 2 weeks and I want to continue with it.
