Technically I COULD get something, but I don't want to. I want to stay under the max (205g)carbs for the day. And right now I'm REALLY hedging it. So, I stood on the scale. I weighed exactly right now at 8pm that I did at 6:30am. So I'm TOTALLY NOT going to do it. See, if I weighed the same or less, why ruin a great thing. If I weighed more, don't push my luck.
So water water water. If in an hour I'm still needing something sweet, I'll fix myself a fourth of a serving, so I can get my bite in, savour it and let it all go.
But yeah....totally trying to fight off the craving monster! And I'm winning! Whoohoo! I'm here posting, instead of planting my face in the apple crumble that's in the fridge and eating it like a starving man at an all-you-can-eat-for-free buffet table.
