I'm totally wanting something sweet!

Technically I COULD get something, but I don't want to. I want to stay under the max (205g)carbs for the day. And right now I'm REALLY hedging it. So, I stood on the scale. I weighed exactly right now at 8pm that I did at 6:30am. So I'm TOTALLY NOT going to do it. See, if I weighed the same or less, why ruin a great thing. If I weighed more, don't push my luck.

So water water water. If in an hour I'm still needing something sweet, I'll fix myself a fourth of a serving, so I can get my bite in, savour it and let it all go.

But yeah....totally trying to fight off the craving monster! And I'm winning! Whoohoo! I'm here posting, instead of planting my face in the apple crumble that's in the fridge and eating it like a starving man at an all-you-can-eat-for-free buffet table.

    Harmony, I had apples going bad, so I had to do something with them, and my house is full of very energetic, healthy bodied guys. They can and do eat anything and everything. :( I've been VERY good with it. I ONLY eat it if I've allotted myself the carb AND calorie allowance for it. :D

    I have been there
I try tea one that is herbal sometime a little relaxing warmth does the trick.
What the heck is apple crumble doing in the fridge?
