Whoot! Second 10 down to be seen never again!!!!!

So, this morning I weigh, like I do every morning. (I know people say don't weigh daily, and I understand their reasoning, however, it helps me figure out my body's reaction to things like dairy, salt, etc!!! Because I don't get the headaches and crap, I SWELL!!!!) Anyways, I was up a pound because I eat like a horse and not a healthy one at that. I weighed in this morning, I not only crushed THAT pound but added an additional 3.6lbs to it! WHoooHOOooooo! So I conquered that stupid extra ten pounds. Now I'm down 21lbs since December. I probably won't lose another pound or fluctuate within 5lbs of this for another few months then I'll lose again.

Anyways, THIS is my celebration! YEEEHAW! 30 more of them suckers and I can get me a present! :D

    Love this, a lot of people say don't weigh in daily, but I know so many people that do and they are handling it and not letting it control them. You do what works for you and don't let another's opinion take you off that path.
