Diet tip: Make your own stirfry

My day starts off as planning my meals and one way that I plan my meals is by premaking my stirfry.
Step 1: Get your stirfry greens: Cabbage, Green Beans, Broccili, Onion, and so on.
Step 2: Dice, chop, or throw into the food processor
Step 3: put into freezer bags and freeze
Step 4: Grab a handful of stirfry veges and stirfry for lunch or dinner.
It is really simple and great to be able to grab some and quickly make my lunch.
Add: Carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms separately.
