3 x10 squats with 35 pounds Thinking about going heavier on a smith machine instead of Free
3x10 deadlifts with 35 pounds Thinking about going heavier too. Just not feeling it?

Friday cardio

Eliptical 45 mins on weight loss intervals ( Intteeenssseeee)

Saturday:
Boxing or swimming 15-20 minutes ( maybe)
