I was feeling a little blue
this morning. I have been sticking to my exercise program and have been taking the time to make sure I have soup and fruit and other healthy things to eat and snack on. I've consistently worked out for 30 days now. I gained .8 of a pound. Go figure, I thought. I know that I have to stick to it, instead of give up. So I took off for my walk.
I started off strong but not feeling it. What happened to the motivation I had been feeling? Then I just stopped thinking about the walk and went to my mind to try to see my downfall, what is holding me back. I thought and thought. It's alcohol.
I need to cut it out. Or at least indulge only in a social outing. So here's to adding the next crucial step to my lifestyle change. I will reach my goals.
Just not as fast as I would like.
