Trying very hard to stay on track with all the commotion that has entered my life. Sometimes you just have to put your foot down and say enough is enough and get on with my business of being healthy and fit.
Did my 2 mile walk in 38 minutes, a little slow, but I haven't walked in a weeks time. Did my 15 minutes with Shaun T and really feel energized. I'm going to do another 15 minutes later today before dinner. I have found that the 15 minute exercising has given me more energy and also puts a damper on my appetite. I'm not roaming the kitchen as much. I've been reading Bravelute's blogs and following some of her tips and it has really helped. I'm not sure I want to go all the way with Dr. Furhman yet, but I'm eating "CLEAN" and it is helping. I've started tracking the foods and I don't think I have a gluten sensitivity, but it may be the preservatives. If I bake my own bread, I don't feel like I've been punched in the stomach...if I eat store bought bread I feel terrible and want to crunch up in a fetal position because of the pain. I'll continue to keep track of anything and everything I eat to see what is causing this problem and I will prevail. It's my challenge to myself because I've done enough farting around.
