That is my message for today. I left some encouragement for another Sparker who is struggling and now I want to share it out there in case someone else can benefit.
Knuckle down and DO this thing. Replace 'I can't' with 'I CAN', replace 'I am trying' with 'I am DOING'. Replace 'maybe if I lose this weight' to 'when I am at goal weight'. Visualize, visualize, visualize who and what you want to be and make it happen!
Be your own Cheerleader and your own personal Coach, you are there inside your own mind ALL the time, cheer yourself on, pat yourself on the back for every moment of positive progress. Imagine you are a Reporter reporting on this amazing person who has taken control of their life and LOOK how great they are doing.
Use everything you have learned and are learning. Don't see this as something you are doing for a period of time to achieve goal, but something you are doing for life. Once I started tracking and exercising.. the weight has taken care of itself and I feel SO much better and happier.
You can do this, but you have to dig down and find that strength, dig deep and say.. I CAN, I WILL, I MUST. This is me, this is who I am, a healthy foods eater who exercises and pretty soon the habit will stick.
BELIEVE in Yourself.
