I'll admit it - I am a bad blogger.
Come to think of it, I'm not such a good food or exercise logger either..... maybe this is why I haven't been blogging. I find my regression in healthy activities embarrassing.
I am tracking some food and I'm doing a fairly decent job of hitting my training runs for the NYC marathon in November. I really need to log ALL of my food, and really be honest with myself about what I'm eating. (I know it can't be good, because my weight keeps creeping up).
And some day, maybe real soon, I will get back to the all important strength training.
