Workout Plan

Nicole Nichols is becoming one of my very best friends! Beginning last week and so far this week, I've been working on Nicole's "NO REST DAYS" fitness plan. I printed out the plan when she presented it on the 17th and have been following it each day, using her videos (when I can get my computer to work!), the myriad of online demos, and walking my dog Patches for part of the cardio. I love the variety that works into the plan that keeps me from getting bored. I try to do 20 min. of strength and 20 min. of cardio each day. It's been so helpful that I don't have to do it all at once but can find 10 or 12 or 18 min. videos that I can work in during the day. It's working because I have lost a lb. since last Saturday when I began the program!!!!!!! emoticon You're Awesome Ms. Nicole!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to start doing short-duration workouts.
