I wasn't expecting to actually be motivated

Wow, so like I said above. I really didn't expect to be motivated by doing this again. I know that sounds terrible, but I have legitly tried this before and I never have gotten too excited. I was just creepin on some random members and was super impressed with some of the success others have had, reading some articles, learning about how body's process glucose and fancy stuff like that. I also tracked my food today and I was a little frustrated with myself my calories were over 2200 today and I felt like today wasn't the worst day ever for me, which is really a huge wake up call to how much I probably actually eating on a daily basis. So I think I'll give it a go. I don't want to overwhelm myself right off the bat and fall off the band wagon, but tomorrow I am going to try extra hard not to give into temptations at work, and I have even packed a healthy lunch with lots of snacks for throughout the day. Maybe I will even try to throw in a little cardio, either way I am optimistic and feeling like I am really to make some positive changes. I really appreciate the feed back too emoticon
