I have been doing so horribly this past week that I have gained 3-5lbs already and becomming very discouraged. I am beginning to doubt whether or not I can really lose the weight and get to my goal weight. I still have hope that I can but am feeling really depleated. I decided to try and make a weekly plan of what to eat and lower my calories again since that was working before. I haven't been able to go for a jog all week because of my schedule at work and what not but I hope that I can jog again next week. Hope you are all doing well!
