Not much happening...

Wednesday, August 21, 2013

And I like it that way. Just a nice, calm, normal day for me and the dog. Three dog walks, 15 minutes on the elliptical and about 30 minutes of yoga. Neither Cooper nor I wanted to get up this morning. I laid in bed listening to him snore for at least an hour before getting up. I have to get up tomorrow though as I am going out to my parents' house in the morning with my SIL. I don't know what is on her agenda, but I will be working on my cleaning project once again.

I am enjoying taking it easy and relaxing this week. I will get back into a more ambitious fitness routine again next week. I think I just need some down time. When I was away on vacation I stayed very active, so it wasn't very restful. Now I am working on resting. Even so I am keeping my fitness streak alive. I passed Day 700 this week. In about a month I will reach the two year mark. I get excited when I think about it. emoticon

Keep active is the best thing you can do for your body, doesn't have to be hard exercise either. Dog walking is the most fun :)
Keep up the great work!
