Season of the Beast-Ending

Got a message today that the leader of the DG Seasonal challenges won't be able to run them anymore, so I'm saving my most recent post for the current challenge "Season of the Beast" here so I may update it if necessary. (As you may notice, I haven't been keeping up on the weekly aspect of the challenge. I find it hard to get into someone else's groove, which is why I don't normally join challenges on sparkpeople- but since this was originally affiliated with the Done Girls, the seasonal challenges provided me a point to come back to, to aspire to, and to stay engaged. )

Anyhow, just keeping this here for my records, and I designed my own challenge for the rest of the time leading up to the Iron Girl 5k event.
