Just a couple hours

I have just a couple hours before I go to bed. Dinner is cooking - whole grain pasta night!

If I can hold out long enough, I will have kept within my calorie range for the first time this week. THAT could be quite an accomplishment, and may give me a little motivation for tomorrow.

I made plans for a friend to come to Zumba with me on Tuesday. Hoping my body starts to realize soon that I am NOT TRYING TO STARVE IT TO DEATH!!!! I promise that 1550 calories is PLENTY!

What do you do to keep from getting too hungry? How do space out your meals through your busy day?

    Water is definitely a life saver for me. I read somewhere that many times when we think we are hungry, we are actually thirsty. Keeping yogurt and fruit in the refrigerator for those ravenous times is something else I do. Sometimes, if I feel that I need something, I will try to do something for 15 minutes. Most times, the feeling will go away.

    Sometimes I have a snack in between meals. I also drink ice water to feel fuller if it too soon for mealtime or snack time. Best wishes!
