How did you do it? Yes, YOU!

How did you lose weight while juggling a career and a family?

I want to know ALL your secrets.

Seriously.

When I lost my weight, I was busy with school.

But, I still was able to choose when I wanted to work out!

Now, I feel I don't really get a choice.

I feel I need to suck it up and get my butt at the gym in the morning.

But morning always feels like this.

I wish I was a morning person.

Maybe I will have to have more coffee. emoticon

Getting up early... seriously, you can train yourself to do it. I work approx 12 hours a day, and then have a 2nd job on weekends. I'm still able to do it by getting up between 5 and 6 every day, even weekends.

It could be helpful to get a dog or cat... no lollygagging in bed when an animal needs to be fed or walked.

    Good luck!

    LOL!!!

I do get up early. Cause I love how it feels. But, that doesn't mean that I don't have coffee waiting for me when I stumble downstairs.. (love the auto start of my coffee maker)
