New exercise goals

well I have been thinking over the past couple of weeks about my exercise program and what would work best for me. I have decided going to the gym and then hardly being able to move for 5-7 days is not the best course of action. So I have decided to do what the trainer taught me and also to use the Met-Rx 180 program I bought while going to physical therapy. It has 30 days of conditioning and building up your strength. Then I would be able to go back to the gym and keep moving forward (Walt Disney said that). I have a treadmill and can walk here like I walk there. Also will have better compliance with my schedule.
