SO I am realizing that when I lost all my weight 2 years ago I was doing A LOT more
weight and cardio. I'm trying to find more things I like so I don't get stale again on the same routines. It is fun watching more videos and trying them. I found a lady on tv I've been taping. She does the Esmonde Technique....WoW what a WO
