I'd like to blame my female cycle, but the fact is, this last week or so I have eaten terribly with no restraint or planning. I have also done very little exercise.
I have finally hit the point of wanting to get things on track tonight - I bought a pair of work trousers in the same size as I am wearing and I couldn't fasten the zip! They are a cheaper brand and just have no give in them - 100% polyester rather than having any elastane in them. Even so, it is pretty depressing!
So now I really want to work on my stomach. I don't want to be a bloated mess any more!
I hope my next blog is more positive, but there is lots of work to be done!
