I got up this morning and went to an interview at Walmart. It wasn't too bad. I'll hear either tomorrow or Friday. I had breakfast at Dunkin Donuts, and some coffee. Then I went to Barnes and Nobel, and did some reading. I also had a cafe mocha there. The last two days I've been way under my calorie range. I haven't eaten very much. Today I was hungry. I also did some walking before I got home.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
