I've decided to take a break from the scale. We are getting ready for a big move to a new home in a new state. I've got a very old cheap scale that I'm not sure is even very accurate anymore. So, I've decided this is the perfect opportunity to take a break from my scale. Instead of packing it for the move, I'm throwing it away. Shocking, I know!
I will still be tracking my daily food and exercise on here. I just feel like I need to take a break from the scale and focus on being healthy rather than being obsessed with a number on that scale.
I'll try to weigh in about a month from now, along with checking my other measurements. Hopefully I'll find a place to weigh myself so I can do that every so often just to ensure I don't go too far off track, but possibly just keep it out of my home, to avoid being obsessed with it again.
