I have made a goal to train for my 5k three days a week, and to do one day of strength training. I will be busy, I have two jobs and college to be at, but I will find a way to fit it in, along with study sessions, homework, and quizzes. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed, but I'm sure I will manage. Any one have any ideas that may help me fit exercise into my schedule?
Mondays and Wednesdays are designated school days, and any other day I may be working. For my first job I only work 19.5 hours next week, but that can vary up to thirty hours...or more; my second job may only need five or six hours. Keep in mind I have four classes this semester, and assignments that correlate with those classes...
