I'm feeling a little overwhelmed, but I'm sure I will manage. Any one have any ideas that may help me fit exercise into my schedule?
Mondays and Wednesdays are designated school days, and any other day I may be working. Wow, you do have a full plate. Is there anyway you could eliminate one class or job? This would free up an hour or two for things you need to do for yourself, such as exercise. Sometimes we do have to give up something in order to gain something else. It depends on your priorities. Hang in there.
