Day 7 of 30

So I am now a quarter of the way finished my 30 day challenges... eep! Starting to feel a difference too! They're going to start getting really challenging (if you will) after tomorrow's rest day!

Today I did:

40 sit ups
20 crunches
20 leg raises
30 second plank
and 80 squats

My lower body is definitely fatigued! I'm also getting better at the sit ups and leg raises! Diet is still going well, I might have to eat out of the house a bit today, but I think I'll be good.
