I pretty much stayed the same at my weekly weigh in (up .2 lbs). I'm still below my "scream weight" (barely) and a little above my goal weight.
I set some mid-August goals to loose 2 lbs., run 3 x week and do strength training 2 x weeks.
I ran 3 times this week, so 2 out of 3 ain't bad! I don't think I'll be loosing 2 lbs. before the end of the month, but loosing 1.6 would get me back to goal!
I ran on Friday, Monday & yesterday. I ran all 3 days on the hilly trail, so although I only ran about 1.6 miles straight (about 2.5 miles walking & running), it's a good work out because it's so hilly! I went to the park with DD#2 and was going to run inside. It was hot & humid, but there was a nice breeze and it wasn't raining, so I ran outside. All of the greenway trails have been closed because of all the rain & flooding (trails are by creeks & wetlands).
DD#2 has volleyball games tonight, tomorrow & Saturday, so that leaves Friday for me to run. It rained again last night and really hard this morning, but the rain chances are diminishing, so hopefully by Friday, we'll be able to cut grass!
My eating the past couple of days has been back in control. No late night snacking and big ole bowls of froyo!
