I get this news letter ..it has some very interesting healthy articles...
I wanted to share the article on the new LEAN CUISINE DINNER calle dHONESTLY GOOD ...
I have not tried them, I don't eat much pre packaged food....(I use to when DH was on business trips)


any way the newsletter says that the meals feature a real chicken breast, fish fillet or beef strips....
over brown rice or whole-grain pasta....paired with veggies like broccoli, orange and yellow carrots, edamame, green beans snap peas or zucchini....
they are low in saturated fats (about 2 grams) calories 300-400 ...the protein 15-27 grams
fiber 4-7 grams , there is no inulin, maltodextrin or other poorly absorted carbs....
sodium 290-590...not great but better than most packaged foods...
and the best part is the sauces are packaged so you can add as much or a little or not add at all..

some of the good things in there are garlic puree, orange peel, lemon grass , sun dried tomatoes, cilantro...depends what one you buy....
bottom line if you are needing some dinners that are pre made you might tries these....

let me know if you try them...

they also report to stay clear of T.G.I FRDAYS'...Tennessee Whiskey Cake....one serving has 1270 calories,28 grams of saturated fat....820 grams of sodium.....thats the same counts as 4 McDonalds hot fudge sunday's......who knew...gee even if you shared it.....it would still be way to many calories....
