I really like the painting the nails. For one thing you can't really touch anything else while you're doing it (including food). For another, you've got to get the old paint off first. By that point, you can't smell anything except nail polish and remover so half the incentive is gone...
When a food binge is imminent you should quickly fill up with lots of veggies - cherry tomatoes and cucumbers are some of my favorite filling snacks that get my mind off of junk. If that doesn't do the trick have a chicken breast, yogurt, or hard boiled eggs to get your protein intake up. By this time you'll be so full you won't want the junk. 1373 days ago
