I'm studying like mad for my final but I've decided to make my breaks into workout breaks. so for every hour to hour and a half I study I do 20 min of aerobics, yoga, or strength. I already did yoga. My next break will be aerobics and the one after that will be strength. I going to try to keep it up for the rest of next semester. Wednesday will be my off day because I have to leave for class by 6:30am and I won't get home till 7pm. But the rest of the week I can exercise! Yay! I have to go study now but I hope everyone has a spectacular day!
