Good Morning Sparkers!

So I DID have more success with T25 last week :)

I was only down .5lbs from the week before, but I also don't have much that I can lose, so I can't expect huge numbers. This week however, has come to a SLOW crawl.

On Sunday, my boyfriend came home from visiting his family (YAY!!!) and after I got off work, we went out to Olive Garden (yeah bad idea lol). Of course I felt bloated and gross, but that went away quickly and I'm back to just about where I was when I did stats on Saturday.

However, I have been SO off this week since Sunday afternoon. I ate 2 clementines as part of my lunch, and they gave me the WORST stomach cramps/bloating EVER. I haven't felt quite right since then, and ended up sleeping in the living room last night with the heating pad to see if it would help.

I don't know if it is a bad reaction to that food or what it is, but it is definitely no fun. I'm going to let it sit and hopefully it will ease up... I didn't do my workout yesterday because I figured I would let my body rest for a day and I'll hit it again today.

I know there will be comments about going to see the Dr. which I will if I don't have a solution soon. I just FEEL heavier, and the stomach pain is no fun. I fortunately don't have anything going on today or tomorrow until 2:30, so if need be, I will make an appt to get things checked out.

    I hope that you feel better soon! Sounds like maybe you did have a bad reaction to the food. Hope that is all it is and you are good to go tomorrow. Glad to hear T25 is going well!

    Continue to listen to your body, and if need be, see your doctor! I think it's safer. I usually tell my doctor where my head is at so he knows my nutrition and my training. All the best...Monty
