Three Things I've Accomplished

I'm having some motivational issues and the Spark coach challenge for today was to list 3 accomplishments I have done.

Controlling my anger at work
utilizing spare time for exercise
helping my wife while she does paperwork

Walking and Running with my wife. We cannot go fast or far but we go together.

    I think it is GREAT that you and your wife walk together. I see a couple in the mornings when I do my walk and they look happy as they walk along side-by-side, chatting.

    Congratulations on the things you have accomplished!

    My motivation fails at times, too, so I look for ways to change things up a bit, and I also go back to the basics:

    A) 8c. water/day (making sure I drink all of them)
    B) 4-5 freggies daily (again, making sure I eat at least that many)
    C) sleep (setting my alarm for both getting up in the AM and getting ready for bed in the PM to make sure I get my 8 hrs.)
    D) moving my body every day
