I just checked the scale. I am up .5lbs. I am not kicking it like I was before so need to get back into gear! It is only going to get harder with school, work and my son's schedule.
I am still getting in cardio daily - but my food is not as healthy. I feel like I am falling into old habits again. I have been so tired and then I wind up eating something quick and not so healthy. I have to find other ways to deal with that as my hubby and I are working hard to lose weight. My being the one to do the food shopping and meal planning needs to kick it into gear again. I don't want to start gaining.
So, I am going to start my meal planning again for the week. I am also tracking my food daily. I also need to lay off the carbs - being tired that is the first thing I seem to go too. Not good for me or my hubby.
I am also going to see if I can set up an appt to try a free pilates class. If I like it, I will sign up for the class. Thinking I will do that next week!
Well, there is my plan! I would really love to see the number 199 on the scale on January 1st, 2014 - I think losing 17 lbs between no and then is quite doable!
I am going to do it!!!! Anyone else going for 199 by January 1st???!!!????
