how do you reward yourself?

My rewards really used to be food and tv - at the end of the day, once kids were in bed and work was all done and it was time to relax, that equalled food and tv.
Now I still watch shows here and there, I also go on tumblr, facebook, I read books on Wattpad or actual real paper books sometimes...I still tend to have a snack, but now it's cottage cheese and fruit or something like that.
It's kind of my me time before bedtime.
What sorts of things do you do to reward yourselves? Just always looking for the new ideas!

    More sleep always works!!! Or perhaps a manicure, pedicure or relaxation massage. How about shopping for new clothing (window or actually buying). Calling or visiting a friend. Girls night out (oops, those can lead to trouble sometimes). Hiring help - I've been getting a housecleaner in once a month. Listening to music (not loud if the kids are sleeping).
    I'm sure there are many non-food ideas for any budget.

    Well, I have to admit, that I allow myself a Skinny Cow. My daughter and I live with my Mom and Mom gets a box at COSTCO so it's not expensive like the store. But then we pace ourselves and if I know I'm going to eat one after dinner, I will adjust my calories throughout the day.

    Otherwise, my reward is fitting into pants that I haven't worn since I believe 2010! That, currently, gives me incentive and is a huge reward :)

    I tend to reward myself by going to garage sales or thrift shops and buying books. Once in awhile, I'll get myself a new shirt or break down and get a manicure.

    I agree with LAMOURA as I feel rewarded in the way I look and feel after a good workout. Trying on smaller sizes and the clothes I haven't been able to wear is a high for me and keeps me on track! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I don't per say reward myself...I just love the way how I feel after a great workout or how I feel after I eat healthy and stay on track...love those feelings!! Their great feelings!! I also keep motivated by buying new workouts that catch my eye...and ear...love a great workout with good music!! it keeps me going back for more!! emoticon
