Planning for the balance of the week

The calendar is already full with trainings, doctor appointments, vet appointments and much more. I am now blocking out menus and the time it takes to prepare the foods.
I spend time every three days making healthy snack packages. I am working on cooking larger portions and then freezing the meals for next week as well. I do go out with friends for dinner every Tuesday. I then plan to have a box to bring home for the next day.
