Today was a really good day! I got my workout in (5k walk) and then ran errands. I got a second workout done this evening (Krav Maga). Lots of punching and kicking. I have a bruise on my left foot, but it doesn't hurt...woohoo!
I'm trying to be more organized in my life, but it's a slow process to get there.
