It's been a less than stellar week for my exercise program. I've definitely taken a step back and I know it's because of 1) not scheduling a workout at the same time every day and 2) fatigue. I had one really bad food day but I got back on track immediately. But if I don't workout, I feel as though the day has been unsuccessful. My action plan for tomorrow is to set my alarm on my phone to remind me to take a morning walk. To do that, I need to get a good night's rest tonight.
