Back on Track Day 9

I was reading the current issue of Fitness magazine while my piano student was warming up. The Editor in chief wrote – “During your next workout, take a second to think about WHY you’re there. You probably have thousands of reasons to keep exercising – better health, a trimmer waistline, stronger muscles to name a few – but the one often overlooked reward is the chance to remind yourself WHAT YOU”RE MADE OF. Every time you tough it out and say “I got this” instead of “I give up” you train yourself to be more resilient and to persevere through life’s rough patches.”
Wow. I like this!
Back on Track Day 9 Update:
"Have you been tracking your food as carefully as you should?" I tracked EVERYTHING I ate today using the Sparkpeople app on my phone and online including the chocolate chip cookie!
Have you really been giving it your all during your workouts? I went to RIPPED twice today.
Have you been letting mindless snacking get the best of you? No mindless eating today; well I did eat that chocolate chip cookie!
