Freggies part 2

Here is how I get in 7+ freggies per day;

Greek Yogurt with 1 cup blueberries
2 cups of Spinach
2 cups of mixed greens
1 cup of cucumber slices
1/2 cup of white beans w/tuna
1 cup of cantelope
4 oz of baked salmon
1 cup of roasted cauliflower
1 cup of roasted orange peppers
1 roasted tomato
2 cups of grapes

    I copied your menu. And my lunch today is a blended salad with almond milk and tofu in it. Also mango and cinnamon! Taste ids awesome!chris

    I usually get mine in by fruit w/protein bar (home made) for BF, fruit and baby carrots with a sandwich (on thins) for lunch, spinach salad loaded with veggies and a side dish of another vegetable at dinner (along with whatever main dish I fix), then fruit (sometimes) on my low fat ice cream for bed snack.

It's always good to see how others are doing it. We keep grapes and baby carrots pre-portioned in baggies in the fridge for grabbing on the way out in the morning, so those along with apples, pears, peaches, or whatever else is available make our portable snacks for the day. Don't know how I survived all those years without freggies!
