I wasn't hungry today, so I didn't force myself to eat even though I am well under on calories for the day. I have been feeling a serious lack of motivation when it comes to cooking since I got back from vacation. I have just sort of been snacking more than eating actual meals. I need to get back into the habit of cooking. I did make chia pudding for a snack later. I don't know if that counts as cooking though.
I also felt fairly unmotivated for fitness today, though I did go for a 2 mile run after walking the dog over 3 miles. I just didn't feel peppy and energetic. I guess I will continue taking it easy for the rest of this week, and see how I feel next week. Hopefully I will have rediscovered my motivation.
