    My husband insists that when he starts to count calories and record his exercise his body holds on to and stores all of the calories as some kind of reaction to the change...so no...you are not the only one. But it can't hold on forever...stick to it! You will get there! emoticon

    Don't mistake weight gain with water gain. The body is a bit difficult to understand when you do everything right but still end up not seeing the number you wanted to see. Give yourself some time and it will definitely move in the direction you want it to move. emoticon
